RefCom’s Social Justice and Inclusivity Program is dedicated to promoting equality, equity, and the empowerment of marginalized and underserved communities in Rabai. Recognizing that social disparities can hinder development and growth, this program seeks to address systemic injustices and create an inclusive environment where all individuals can thrive.

Advocacy and Awareness:
RefCom engages in advocacy efforts to raise awareness about social justice issues such as gender inequality, economic disparities, and access to resources. Through workshops and forums, we educate community members about their rights and the importance of advocating for change.
Empowerment of Marginalized Groups:
